We have added three new options in the attendance settings:

Location, camera, and device

We also have a special screen for registering the branches of the organization, through which a location code is printed that the employee scans when checking in. This code is placed on a tablet at the entrance of the company. In addition, there is an option to create a variable location code every 10 seconds, which is also available on the location screen.


The process is as follows:

  • If the camera option is enabled, the employee must scan the location code on the tablet to check in.
  • If the location option is enabled, the system reads the employee's GPS location at the moment of login. The employee must be within the allowed distance range for login, which can be customized on the location screen.
  • If the device option is activated, the system will link the employee's device to the system, and the employee is not allowed to log in except from a device connected to the system.


Mobile Device Linking Feature for Employees:

  • There is a screen in the system named "Device".
  • The system saves upon the employee's first login, creating a device and automatically linking it to the employee.
  • If the employee has logged in previously, they are required to log in from the same device exclusively.
  • Changing the device connection can only be done through Human Resources, who will erase the registered device and create a new device to link it to the employee.
