Integration of the "Muqeem" platform API with the Odoo system for managing visas, residency, and reports. It includes the following steps: subscribing to the API through the "Muqeem" platform, selecting an API package, and choosing the "Era" group as a partner for integration. Follow the steps below to activate the integration between Odoo and the Muqeem platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Step one:  

  • Log in to the establishment's account on the Muqeem platform.
  • Your subscription must be of the "comprehensive" type
  • Select from the user menu on the right side of the screen:
  •   Enterprise Management ←Enterprise Information ← Points and Packages,
  • Then click on the Add New Subscription button.  

Step Two:  

  • From the "Add New Subscription" page, you will see the API subscription options available for the Muqeem platform for the establishment. After that, select "Indirect API Package."
  • By clicking the "Learn More" button, you will find details about the setup and subscription fees for the indirect API package.
  • Read the terms and conditions, then click the "Agree" button to proceed with the steps, and then press the "Select Link Partner" button.

Step Three:  

  • From the affiliate partner list, select "Ira Group" and then click the "Subscribe" button. 

Step Four:  

  • As soon as the checkmark appears and the message "Subscription request sent successfully" is displayed, we (the Aree Group) will contact the entity responsible for approving the request until the linking process is complete. 

Step Five:  

  • When verifying the payment for a resident with the value of "Indirect API Package" on the establishment's account in the Muqeem platform, please ensure that the subscription status for the Indirect API Package has changed to "Valid" by returning to the "Establishment Information" page. 

After activation: 

  • Enter Odoo: Settings -> Companies -> Select Company -> Resident Settings.
  • Enter the username and the main password for the resident.
  • Note: Occasionally, a resident will ask you to change the password, at which point you must also update the password in Odoo.

Getting Started:

  • All Absher services will appear on the employee's page and will be displayed with specific permissions from the system administrator.
